🔥 Lifetime Warranty (Normal Use) – No Questions Asked

We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on all knives, axes, swords, and Viking-style tools purchased from Ransack Viking.

✔ Covered Under Warranty:

If your item fails during normal, non-abusive use, we replace it FREE of charge, including:

  • Blade breaks

  • Blade chips

  • Handle separation

  • Structural failure

  • Craftsmanship defects

No questions asked.
Simply email us and we will process your replacement immediately.

✔ How to Claim Warranty

Email us at sa***@***********ng.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A brief note about what happened

We respond within 24 hours.

✘ Not Covered:

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Intentional damage

  • Abuse or misuse (prying, batoning with thin blades, hammering, etc.)

  • Modifying or altering the product

  • Rust caused by poor maintenance (Damascus & high carbon steel must be oiled)

🔄 Returns Policy

We accept returns only under specific conditions due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products.

✔ Eligible for Return:

  • Unused, unsharpened, undamaged items

  • Must be in original condition & packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

✘ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used items (covered under warranty, not returnable)

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Custom-made or modified orders

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Returns sent without approval


🔁 Exchanges

If you need an exchange (size, style, or different model):

  1. Item must be unused

  2. Request an exchange within 7 days

Used items can only be exchanged if they fall under the Lifetime Warranty.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For warranty replacements, we cover all shipping costs.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive your approved return:

  • Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days

  • Refunded to your original payment method

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The item shows use

  • The item was customized

  • Damage occurred due to misuse

  • Return was sent without approval


🛑 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • Engraved or custom orders cannot be canceled once engraving starts
