At Ransack Viking, we take pride in crafting high-quality, durable Viking knives, axes, swords, and specialty tools. Your satisfaction and safety are important to us. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and our lifetime warranty work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Items

  • Unused and undamaged products
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Engraved or personalized items
  • Custom-made or modified items
  • Products returned without approval
  • Used products (covered under warranty, not returnable)
  • Clearance or discounted items

2. Lifetime Warranty – No Questions Asked (Non-Abusive Use)

Your purchase includes a Lifetime Warranty that protects you from manufacturing and craftsmanship issues.

If your knife or product fails during normal use, including:

  • Blade breakage
  • Blade chipping
  • Handle failure
  • Structural defect
  • Craftsmanship issue

We will replace it free of charge — no questions asked
(as long as the item was not used in an abusive, unsafe, or improper manner).

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Intentional damage
  • Abuse or misuse
  • Damage caused by attempting to modify the product
  • Using the knife/axe for prying, hammering, or tasks outside its intended purpose

How to Claim the Lifetime Warranty

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • A short explanation of what happened

We will arrange a replacement right away.


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item:

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Unused items within 7 days
  • Warranty replacements (if the item failed during normal use)

Used items cannot be exchanged unless they qualify for the Lifetime Warranty.


4. Return Process

To request a return, email:

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged)

Do not ship items back without approval.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If the product arrived damaged or defective, we cover all return and replacement costs.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved Refunds

Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds May Be Denied If:

  • The item was used (covered by warranty, not returnable)
  • The item was engraved or custom-made
  • The item was damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • The return was sent without approval

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Send photos and your order number
  • We will replace it immediately

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Engraved or custom orders cannot be canceled once engraving begins.
