I got my Damascus cross and much anticipated axe today, and could NOT be happier. The workmanship is fantastic, and this knife feels both solid and comfortable in my hand. The handle is smooth, perfectly sized, comfortable handle with absolutely nothing that would preclude me from using this for a long time. The blade is a work of art with a razor sharp edge. The size is perfect as well—the blade is neither too big nor too small, and the axe is a showstopper. It came with a great sheath and in a magnetically closing box that itself is perfect for storing it. I could not be happier, and above all else it is made in America, in a suburb perhaps 30 minutes from me. Appreciate y'all finally getting me the tracking number. I understand how difficult everything can be but please just send an initial email with the information that things are going to be delayed and you appreciate patience. My expectations were BLOWN AWAY. I mean it’s an axe and axes are cool so I knew it’d be cool but not this cool!!! The craftsmanship and attention to detail is unreal. The coloring and the placement of the Personalized last name is perfect. The hubby has now brought his axe inside the kitchen and slices his fruit with it.
