Before you write, the quick answers
Most emails we get are one of these four. If yours is, you have your answer now.
Where is my order?
Processing is 1 to 2 weeks, or 2 to 3 weeks if the piece is out of stock and has to come from the workshop in the Czech Republic. Then 3 to 7 business days in transit. Track it here with your order number and billing email.
Can I change my order?
Within 12 hours of buying, yes, address, engraving or cancel. After that the order is already being prepared.
Can I return it?
7 days from delivery, unused. Engraved pieces cannot be returned. Full terms.
Something arrived faulty
Send a daylight photograph and your order number. The lifetime warranty covers defects with no end date.
What to include
Send these and we can usually settle it in one reply instead of three.

It is in your confirmation email and starts with a #. Without it we are searching by name.
Photographs, if it is a fault
Daylight, no flash, the whole piece and then the problem area close up.
