Where is my order?
Processing is 1 to 2 weeks, or 2 to 3 weeks if the piece is out of stock and has to come from the workshop in the Czech Republic. Then 3 to 7 business days in transit. Track it here with your order number and billing email.
Can I change my order?
Within 12 hours of buying, yes, address, engraving or cancel. After that the order is already being prepared.
Can I return it?
7 days from delivery, unused. Engraved pieces cannot be returned. Full terms.
Something arrived faulty
Send a daylight photograph and your order number. The lifetime warranty covers defects with no end date.

Photographs, if it is a fault
Daylight, no flash, the whole piece and then the problem area close up.
