However, because our products are individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, grain, and materials are natural and to be expected. Handmade and custom items may differ slightly from displayed photos — this is a characteristic of hand-forged work, not a defect. We reserve the right to modify product details at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing begins. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion; if we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Custom & Engraved Orders

Custom and engraved items are made specifically for you and may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order. Because these items are personalized, they are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from our Memphis, Tennessee facility within the production timeframe stated on the product page. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Ransack Viking is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 7. Returns & Refunds

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Custom or engraved products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements. 8. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where expressly stated in our Warranty & Return policy, products are sold “as is.” We do not guarantee that any product will meet every individual expectation or usage requirement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ransack Viking shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; injuries resulting from misuse of our products; or losses resulting from shipping delays.
