Your order number is in your confirmation email and starts with a #. Use the billing email you checked out with.
What each status means
| Status | What is happening | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Processing | Your piece is in the forge queue or being made. This is the normal state for most of the wait. | 1–2 weeks |
| Processing (out of stock) | The piece was not in stock, so it is being forged from scratch. | 2–3 weeks |
| On hold | We need something from you — usually a crest image or an engraving confirmation. Check your email. | Until you reply |
| Completed | It has shipped. Your tracking number was emailed the same day. | 3–7 days in transit |
| Refunded | Money has been returned to your original payment method. | 3–5 business days to appear |
If something looks wrong
Tracking has not moved in 5 days
Email us with the order number. We chase the carrier ourselves rather than sending you to them.
It says delivered but nothing arrived
Check with neighbours and around the property first, then email us the same day. Carriers hold evidence for a limited window.
You cannot find the order number
Search your inbox for “Ransack Viking”, including spam. Or email us the name and address you used and we will find it.
Cannot find it?
Send us the name and email you ordered with. We will look it up by hand.
