What Makes a Dagger a Dagger
A dagger is defined by its symmetry: sharpened on both edges, tapering to a centred point. That geometry makes it a thrusting and display blade rather than a general-purpose cutter, which is why daggers sit apart from our hunting knives and bowie knives.
Steel, Handles and Sheaths
Most daggers here are forged from layered 1095/15N20 Damascus, carrying the flowing pattern down both bevels; others are high-carbon steel heat-treated for a hard, easily sharpened edge. Handles run from stag horn and camel bone to micarta and stabilised hardwood, and every dagger ships with a fitted leather sheath.

Are these daggers sharpened on both edges?
Yes. A true dagger is double-edged and symmetrical, and both bevels are ground and sharpened by hand before final inspection.
Are double-edged knives legal where I live?
Rules on double-edged and fixed-blade carry vary by state and city. Check your local law before ordering — we ship the blade, but carry is your responsibility.
What is the difference between a dagger, a dirk and a stiletto?
A dirk is a longer thrusting blade of Scottish origin. A stiletto is needle-pointed with little or no cutting edge. Our daggers are broad-bevelled, double-edged and sharpened along their full length.
Can a dagger be engraved?
