Military Discount: The Shield Oath
For those who served
A 10% military discount for anyone who has stood in a shield wall of their own
Somebody held the line so the rest of us could argue about axe handles on the internet. The least we can do is take ten percent off the axe. Pick who you are, add a name and an email, and your code is carved on this page before your coffee goes cold.
No uploads, no forms to post, no waiting on a reply. You vouch for yourself and we take your word for it, which is how a mead hall worked anyway.
Asking the ravens
Done
Skål. Your token is cut.
Paste it into the coupon box at checkout and 10 percent comes off the order. It keeps working on future orders too, so there is no need to tattoo it anywhere.
Who gets a seat at this table
If you are not sure which tile to press, this should settle it. Any branch of the US military counts, and so does any era.
| If you are | Press this tile |
|---|---|
| On active duty right now | Serving now |
| A veteran, discharged or retired | Served and out |
| In the National Guard or a reserve unit | Guard or reserve |
| Married to someone who serves or served | Military family |
Where ten percent goes furthest
Something for the wall
The swords are the obvious pick for a retirement or an end of tour, mostly because nobody has ever been disappointed to unwrap a sword.
Something that gets used
A Viking axe splits kindling and looks good doing it. For pockets and packs, the Damascus knives earn their keep.
Something with a name on it
Add a name, a unit or a date with engraving. It turns a nice blade into the one nobody in the family is allowed to borrow.
Every piece is hand forged in the Czech Republic and goes out from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. The code works across the whole shop, sale prices included, and it stacks with the automatic cart rewards on the offers page.
Before you ask
Do I have to send a DD214 or an ID card?
No. You vouch for yourself on the form above and the code appears. We would rather trust a veteran than ask one to scan paperwork.
Does the 10% stack with the buy 2 offer?
Yes. The cart rewards on the offers page apply on their own, and the military code comes off on top.
I closed the tab before copying it. Is that the end of me?
Hardly. Fill the form in again and the same code comes back. It takes about as long as reading this answer.
My father served. Can I use it on a gift for him?
Yes. Spouses can press Military family, and anyone buying for a veteran can ask the veteran to fill in the form, which also spoils the surprise less than you might think.
Where does my order ship from?
From our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. The pieces themselves are hand forged in the Czech Republic before they cross the water.
