Quick delivery. Steel is high quality. It does need lots of care and oiling after usages. My only wish is the bread/ serated knife was sharper. It will sharpen with use as with all serated knives just wish it could've cut through sourdough right out of the gate. This set is also very weighty if you aren't used to using blade weight for chopping or cutting this one might not be for you. Worth every penny!

The knives are lovely. Be advised the grips are on the large size and would be a lot for very small hands. 4 stars on the shipping only because if is 2021 and there is little 5 star shipping to be had!

Got these for my son as a Graduation gift. Heathen soul,, chose the Culinary Arts for a Trade. Nice, no frills Damascus patterning for culinary use! Loving the bread knife! Quite pleased with handle craftsmanship, and I am confident this set will stand the test of time in his Kitchen.
