A polearm is a head on a long haft, built so the person holding it can keep everyone else at a distance and then some. This tag covers the whole family: halberd, bardiche, glaive, spear and scythe. Overall lengths run from 34 inches for a short hafted blade up to 66 inches, so measure the ceiling before you order anything.
The heads and the lengths
Wardenpike is a 60 inch halberd with a 16 inch head. Nightward is longer again at 66 inches with an 18 inch head. Moonreave is a bardiche, 54 inches overall with an 18 inch cutting edge on a hardwood haft and a steel butt cap, and it needs no sheath. The glaives spread out: Whitecrest at 56 inches with a 20 inch blade, Ravenreave at 62 inches with a 24 inch blade, and Tidecleave in Damascus at 54 inches. Wildcleave carries the longest blade at 26 inches on a 60 inch shaft. Tuskward is a boar spear with a broad leaf blade and a curved steel crossbar on an ash haft. Reapcurve is a two piece Damascus war scythe on a 60 inch haft, and Talonreave is a hooked glaive blade cut down to 34 inches with a walnut grip and a brown leather scabbard.
