Blade Layers & Hardness:
Over 352 Layers, 15N20 & 1095 damascus steel hunting knives Mixture of steel and high Carbon Steel and HRC approximately 58 to 60. The knife blade is 100% hand forged and is the results of hours of work. The Damascus steel used for this knife was created by forge welding multiple layers of 15N20 & 1095 steel into a solid billet.

While the service and packaging were very good. The knife came engraved. Nice knife but not as beautiful as the photos. Photos are not color accurate. Knife came with band of sky blue and a sunshine pale yellow. Not the blue teal gold orange combo pictured here. Also handle is not reddish colored it’s more brown than maroon. Hilt blue and yellow pastel colored . Still a lovely knife but not as expected. Knife is sharp and will keel. Will amend once response received.

Ordered the Dragon version, received the Bobcat. Blade is curved to the right as you look from the top down. Handle is an oak brown in person but cherry in the photos. Sheath is red/brown leather in photo, received black.

Oh my goodness. This is a beautiful knife. My neighbor showed me the 2 they bought. Both gorgeous. I had to get one. This grasshopper chose wisely. The pattern in the metal is awesome. Handle very nice. Yea if you look very very close you might see a small imperfection. Well this is a forged knife not a stamped blade from China. It’s awesome. Wasn’t as sharp as I would have liked but for the price not a problem. I just touched up with a ceramic stone and it was razor sharp. I think I just had to remove the curl. Love it love it. It will be coming with me on my hog hunt in the fall and during deer season. Even though this could just be a wall hanger. This will be my new hunting knife. The sheath Is very nice too.
